We hope you love your handcrafted piece from The Tin Roof Collection. Because many of our items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created especially for you, please review our return policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in appropriate protective packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized, engraved, and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an error was made in fulfilling your order.

One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Many pieces in The Tin Roof Collection are individually handcrafted and may feature natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, live edges, and other characteristics. These natural variations are part of the character of the wood and are not considered defects.

Eligible one-of-a-kind pieces may be returned within the 14-day return period provided they have not been personalized and are unused and in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
