Orders from The Tin Roof Collection are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment.

Processing Time

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will contact you.

Shipping

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your package or item is damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thetinroofcollection.com and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
